Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.
Publication Fee
The Proceedings Book of the International Conference and Exhibition on The Indonesian Medical Education and Research Institute only charges the article publication fee for all manuscript types, without any submission fee. The publication fee is IDR 1,500,000 for foreign authors and Indonesian authors.
Publication Ethics Statement
The Proceedings Book of the International Conference and Exhibition on the Indonesian Medical Education and Research Institute (ICE on IMERI) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. The editorial and peer-review processes are conducted in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and best practice recommendations.
All parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher, are expected to adhere to the ethical principles established by COPE. These principles cover responsible authorship, originality, transparency, confidentiality, conflict of interest disclosure, research integrity, and the fair handling of ethical concerns, corrections, and retractions.
By submitting a manuscript to the Proceedings Book of ICE on IMERI, authors acknowledge and agree to comply with the ethical standards and best practices outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) throughout the publication process.
Disclosure Policy
Authors are required to state explicitly whether generative AI or AI-supported technologies were
employed during the manuscript writing process. This disclosure should be included within the
main manuscript file. The use of standard editorial tools, such as grammar and spell-check
software, reference management systems, or comparable routine editing aids, does not need to be
reported. When no generative AI or AI-assisted tools have been used in preparing the
manuscript, the Authors should also give the disclosure statement.
Statement Placement
The disclosure statement should appear directly before the References section and be introduced
under the following heading:

In the development of this manuscript, the author(s) made use of [NAME OF TOOL/SERVICE]
to support specific aspects of the work [PLEASE INDICATE PURPOSE]. All outputs were
carefully reviewed, revised, and refined by the author(s), who take full responsibility for the
accuracy, originality, and integrity of the final published version.

Additional Requirement
Authors are required to submit a completed and signed Generative AI Declaration Form when
submitting their revised manuscript
